Go Rent Spain have been looking after client’s homes and investments on the Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca in Spain since 2005. Formerly part of the "OPI" network, we are now moving forward, and taking advantage of the web to more effectively market our clients properties. Go Rent Spain benefit from an established reputation and a wealth of experience in property management and property rentals.

From simple airport transfers and welcome packs - to complete property and rental contract management. Go Rent Spain have the experience and expertise to ensure you peace of mind when it comes to the security and welfare of your investment. The Future

We at Go Rent Spain have a clear vision of the future, our aim to become a “one stop” rental company for all types of rentals and cater for all the needs of the home owner, holiday makers and tenant.

We will to offer car hire including rental of child seats and travel cots, bike hire and children's toys.

We also aim to provide all aspects of insurances for the home owner whether they have Property Management with Go Rent Spain or not, we will provide buildings and contents coverage, as well as car insurance. We will provide tenants personal belongings insurance and travel insurance for the holiday maker renting a property of Go Rent Spain.

Our vision for the future is to diversify into rental of commercial units and garages and property sales. Some of our existing clients intentions is to sell so as part of our property management, we will take on a property with a view to sell but rent until a buyer is found or with the possibility of Rent to Buy option.

The future online is also going to be very exiting here at Go Rent Spain! We have a full time web developer on board and amongst the many things we are planning to develop are:

• Private "clients areas" where you can check on the precise state of you property.
• Booking calendars, and home availability management.
• Ongoing enhancements to market your propertiy effectively in search engines.
• We will be adding news, views and resources- building a massive database of information to help and assist you here in Spain!
