Two levels of service
We are pleased to offer a two tier service. We can either advertise your property, or we can provide a "total management" solution to protect your home.
We can advertise your property both on our new state-of-the-art website (which has even more features coming in the near future!) and - most importantly - through out established personal network of friends and clients the length of the Orihuela Costa! No one can fill your property like Go Rent Spain - that's guaranteed! All this for just €150 per year. IVA (VAT) included. We find that this small fee simply pays for itself on your first rental. It's really a "no lose" option!
Additionally to this advertising, we would love to care for your property PROFESSIONALLY! For just €375 per year - Including IVA (VAT) we can offer you a "total management" solution, that has proven to have paid for itself time and time again, just like many of our existing clients tell us.
